Tall and tough like a great wall
Your battle wounds are deep
i can see them all over your feet
you walk with no shoes because you think you have nothing to lose
you hold we when I’m weak
But your just as weak as me
whats your favorite color i never got to ask
I wanna know more about your past
i wanna know everything that makes you strong i wanna know how you stand alone
Your my backbone without you i cant stand
your always there when i need a helping hand
Helping me with my problems is what you do best
I go to you to get anything off my chest
tell me how you felt when you held me for the first time
Did you feel all warm inside?
Did it hurt you when my dad wasn’t there for any of my first times
why are you so strong?
How do you stand so tall
I remember the first time i witnessed you cry
I still remember when you wished you world just die.
